The Survey Is Live!

Your voice has now more power than ever! The PVD Tree Plan Survey is open to everyone, and wants your true thoughts.
When you take the survey, you’ll have a chance to tell us what you love about our urban forest, what you’d want to see changed, and how you want to be involved in shaping the future of the trees in Providence.

The survey is available in most major languages of our city, so take it in your preferred language
and tell a friend to take it too!

We can’t wait to hear your thoughts and turn them into an active plan of making the city more equitable one tree at a time.

Thank you!

Thank You!

As the winter months bring more gloomy weather and all the trees have dropped their leaves, we want to remember the beautiful warm weather from a few months ago and send a big thank you to everyone who came to the launch event!

We loved all our performers, who showed us how the power of art can act as a source of empowerment, and all our guests for engaging with the art. Thanks to everyone’s participation, we were able to collect dozens of thoughts on what you desire from an equitable urban canopy and city, and we will use the power of your voices to guide our future decisions.

The community bonds we create today are a key component of what we can achieve in the effort to make Providence a more equitable city.

Celebrate With Us!

We are unbelievably excited to begin our mission by getting to talk to our community!

Join us rain or shine this Saturday at the

Juanita Sanches Educational Complex, 182 Thurbers Ave, Providence, RI

to share your thoughts about where you would like to see more trees, and how you imagine the city’s forest should look like!

This will be an indoor and outdoor event to help you warm up after admiring all the trees our youth planted in their school yard! Masks are encouraged indoors.
